With a personal contract hire agreement you have the use of a vehicle for a fixed contractual period of time rather than ownership. After paying an advance rental (similar to a deposit) you  pay fixed monthly rentals to the leasing company (Vauxhall Leasing).

Monthly rentals are determined by a number of factors including the vehicle's residual value, the length of the contract period, the size of the advance rental and the agreed total mileage limit.

At the end of the agreement the vehicle is handed back to Vauxhalt Leasing and a new agreement can be entered into on a brand new car.
